This guide is a collective resource for meeting planners and event professionals, giving them an overview of the Toledo area, and in-depth relevant information on meeting spaces and hotels. The guide was just revamped Each page highlights a different venue, including description, floor plans, room specs and photos, giving planners enough of the primary information they would need to know to move forward in considering that venue.
As an increasing number of planners are less interested in print materials, we made sure that the Toledo Meeting Planner Guide could be accessible online through the digital flipbook, which can be shared through our website, direct link or QR code. The digital flipbook makes it easy for planners to view the guide on their laptop, tablet or cellphone in a very user-friendly way.
Ultimately, our goal with the Toledo Meeting Planner Guide was to educate and introduce Toledo’s many meeting spaces and hotels in a way that was user friendly and not overwhelming. This guide is to be used to aid the conversation with our sales team in helping each planner find the right location for them in our city.
