Members of the Ohio Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus are armed with networking, education and government affairs resources necessary for any destination marketing organization.

State Office
The OACVB state office is located in downtown Columbus and is open during normal business hours. The executive director and staff are housed in the state office. The staff is available to answer your calls, handle member questions and distribute time-sensitive information to members. Conference rooms are available for member use upon request.

Business Partnership Program
Business Partnership Program, allows for convention and visitor bureaus to expand their networks and market their organization with Ohio organizations in within the state. The OACVB exists for the protection of its members through a unified fort and for the promotion of the destination marketing industry in Ohio.

Educational Opportunities
Learn more about convention and visitor bureaus and the hospitality industry through OACVB programs like our Annual Educational Conference. This annual two-day conference offers tourism leaders and staff a chance to learn more about their industry. Sessions range from topics on marketing your CVB to managing staff and building a great culture!

Marketing and Networking Opportunities
Membership in OACVB offers your bureau the opportunity to market its destination to the public, network with other bureaus, and make important contact with legislators. Each year, OACVB members travel to Columbus and Washington D.C. to meet with legislators and advocate for issues crucial to the tourism and CVB industries.
