Printing costs have skyrocketed. For our 2022 Stroll the Street, a 14-week event held every Tuesday evening from 4:30-7:30 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we printed 2,000 brochures/posters. The piece is printed in full color on glossy paper 11″ x 17.” One side serves as a poster that can be displayed by local businesses and 200 pieces were left unfolded and hung in windows, on bulletin board and in break rooms of local retail stores, restaurants and businesses. The remaining 1,800 were folded into a tri-fold brochure and distributed at points of purchase in local businesses and at the weekly event. The purpose of the piece was to inform the public about the event, list food trucks, bands and craft vendors that would be attending, and showcase the historic murals painted on the sidewalks surrounding the Edward Ford Memorial Park where the event was held each week. Combining the poster and brochure into one piece saved considerably on printing costs.
