DESCRIPTION:Schedule : \n8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. \nBreakfast and Briefing \nBefore meetings with legislators\, the day begins with a Breakfast and Briefing from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in the Horizon Suite of the Huntington Center. Here\, the issues of importance to the industry will be reviewed so you can feel prepared for your meetings. This is also where you will receive position paper packets to leave behind in your meetings. A full\, hot breakfast will be served. \n9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. \nLegislative Appointments \nLegislative appointments will be scheduled for you during this window\, based on the availability of the legislators. Please note that you could be partnered with others who have requested to meet with the same elected officials for these meetings. If you don’t request specific legislators to meet with\, then appointments will be scheduled for you based on your zip code. \n12 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. \nOACVB Board Meeting and Lunch \nThis will be an abbreviated OACVB board meeting. Boxed lunches will be available for those who register. \n5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. \nLegislative Reception \nA reception honoring legislators will be held in The Horizon Suite in the Huntington Center.
