The purpose of the mentorship program is simple: to give newer members a way to be paired with an experienced member, and give experienced members an easy, low-commitment way to volunteer. Being mentored by an experienced member can allow for better retention, a faster onboarding experience, a stronger network with your peers, and a clearer understanding of both the idea and purpose behind the Ohio Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus!
